Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing new ideas for Automation entered by the Business Functions and preparing the bi-weekly Idea Evaluation Meeting
  • Capturing of the detailed process requirements and preparation of the BRD and process dry run as foundation for the user story creation for new robots
  • Entering the user stories in Jira to prepare the 1st development sprint
  • Managing clarifications on user stories between our RPA Development Team and Business Process Experts as part of the daily stand up and sprint review meetings
  • Act as Product Owner Proxy on a daily basis
  • Act as the Scrum Master in preparation and run of the daily stand up meetings and weekly sprint end/review and start meetings
  • Support the Core team in preparation and run of Awareness Sessions, Workshops and general communication

Requirements:

  • Proficient speaking and writing English (Spanish, French or German would be a plus)
  • Experience with Google Suite (including Google Site, DataStudio, ...)
  • Experience in AI Agent / Google Gems creation and prompting
  • Experience with Automation tools such as UI Path
  • SAP MM knowledge and Jira
  • Creativity & innovation (ability to continuously improve processes and WoW incl. usage of new technologies like AI)
  • Communication skills and experience in generating digital training material
  • Organized, autonomous and structured, strong priority management skills
  • Project management skilled (Agile Scrum)
