Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Blue Prism RPA Developer or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying Blue Prism RPA solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Blue Prism's RPA platform, including process automation, workflow design, and object studio
  • Experience with Blue Prism's control room and orchestrator for managing, monitoring, and scheduling automated processes
  • Ability to analyze, document, and automate business processes using Blue Prism's process studio
  • Experience in capturing and defining process requirements, creating process flow diagrams, and designing automation solutions
  • Proficiency in integrating Blue Prism with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, or middleware
  • Experience with connecting Blue Prism to databases, ERP systems, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as VBScript or C# for advanced automation tasks
  • Familiarity with SQL for database interactions within Blue Prism processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in Blue Prism processes and automation workflows
  • Experience in testing and validating Blue Prism automations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements
  • Understanding of RPA governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Ability to implement security measures and access controls within Blue Prism environments
  • Ability to create documentation for Blue Prism processes, including process definitions, solution design documents, and user manuals
  • Experience in generating reports and metrics to track the performance and ROI of Blue Prism implementations
  • Fluent in English
