Job Description:

Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) position with Wells Fargo's National Branch Network providing support across multiple branch locations within a specific geography, building customer relationships, and offering financial products and services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support across a variety of branch locations within a specific geography
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings
Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience
Build relationships through proactive outreach
Propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts
Complete service requests
Submit credit applications
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgement
Develop understanding of bank products and services
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
Provide appropriate options for bank products and services
Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
Ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members
Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions
Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints
Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing
SAFE registration required
