Job Description:

Finish like a pro. As a Roving Painter, you deliver clean prep and crisp finishes in apartments, corridors, and amenities—helping speed turns and elevate EPC standards across properties.

Job Responsibility:

Prep surfaces (patch, sand, caulk, prime) to EPC standards.
Paint apartment interiors, halls, stairwells, amenities, and offices.
Match colors
maintain clean cut lines and uniform finishes.
Protect fixtures/floors
maintain clean job sites
dispose of waste properly.
Track daily units/areas completed
communicate timelines.
Maintain inventory of paint and supplies
request orders as needed.
Follow ladder/PPE/safety procedures
ventilate spaces appropriately.
Coordinate with site teams to reduce downtime and rework.

Requirements:

1–3+ years interior painting experience (multifamily preferred)
Valid driver’s license for inter-site travel
