Job Responsibility

Take the lead in executing the daily planning cycle, including box routes, pickups, and linehaul operations
Maintain excellent day-to-day contact with our transport partners and coordinate quickly organizing pick-up rides
Optimize daily pick-up, linehaul, and distribution operations using data-driven insights
Anticipate operational growth and bottlenecks in the Benelux region and translate insights into actionable plans
Support our zero-emission targets by working with Tech to implement practical solutions
Apply a test-and-learn mindset, actively running pilots and experiments to improve planning efficiency
