Job Responsibility

  • Plan and optimize routes for home deliveries (mornings) and box deliveries (afternoons)
  • Collaborate with terminals, couriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Ensure good service quality and performance of our courier partners
  • Monitor capacity and forecast demand to keep deliveries on track
  • Adjust schedules in real-time to handle unexpected challenges
