Job Description

The Route Sales Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle within an established route or territory and delivering goods and products to various customer locations. This role will also support our warehouse operations.

Job Responsibility

Operate over the road driving a non-CDL Box Truck
Responsible for verifying accuracy of order information prior to loading and ensuring any discrepancies are brought up to supervisor
Loading truck safely and securely for delivering and gathering necessary paperwork for load
Operating safely over the road
Delivering product to customers with a high level of service and excellence
Communicating supervisor about any possible issues with vehicle for maintenance related concerns
Work in facility 50% of the time performing tasks as assigned by warehouse managers and supervisors
Systematic inventory control
Cycle counting
Picking and stocking
Unloading and receiving
Picking orders
Fulfilling orders
Able to lift up to 40lbs

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license
Previous experience as a driver preferred
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
