Route Development Analyst

• Identify low-cost and profitable route opportunities at new and existing airports
• Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing airports
• Manage and develop existing commercial relationships with airports
• Provide market data and analysis, as well as competitive insights
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance statistics and reports
• Co-ordinate with internal Marketing, Finance and Operations departments
• Be able to travel internationally at least once per month (if required)
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

• Organised, detail-oriented, motivated to complete tasks independent
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills – able to source, produce and draw conclusions from data and reports
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously and deal with different people / airports across Europe
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Strong IT skills, especially with Excel
• Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment with continuous change
• Interest in the airline industry
• Fluent in written and spoken English – an additional European language is an advantage although not essential
