Job Description:

A lovely family based in Athens is seeking two professional and experienced Rota Nannies to care for their four children: a girl aged 11, a girl aged 9, a boy aged 5, and a girl aged 1. The mother is a successful businesswoman who loves being a mother and is equally dedicated to her career. She is direct in her approach and communication style, and is looking for nannies who are resilient, confident, and able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced household. The family are looking for nannies who can provide continuity of care in a long-term position, with previous experience working in fully staffed households. This is a shared care role when the parents are present; a strong working relationship with the parents is essential, as they wish to remain an active part of their children’s lives. The family have one dog and travel regularly. They are looking for two Rota Nannies and all working visas will be organised by the family.

  • Manage children’s laundry
  • Assist with packing and travel preparation for family trips
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and household staff at all times
  • Work collaboratively alongside other professionals in a fully staffed household

Requirements:

  • Warm, kind and genuinely passionate about working with children
  • Exceptional communication skills and team player approach
  • Proactive – able to read the room and anticipate needs
  • Kind, respectful, and non-judgemental in their approach
  • Highly professional and confident, with strong common sense
  • A team player with a ‘muck-in’ attitude
  • Experienced in working within fully staffed households
  • Comfortable with regular international travel
  • A driver (preferable)
  • Previous experience in a rota nanny role (desirable but not essential)
