A private UHNW family are seeking an experienced, well presented and professional Russian Speaking Rota Nanny in Tashkent to care for one boy, who will turn six in June 2026. The boy is currently in kindergarten and will move to school from age seven. He is currently supported by two governesses, and the Rota Nanny’s role sits alongside this existing team. The household is fully staffed, with a chef and wider household support in place. The position is working a one month on / off rota basis and are looking for two candidates to fill these positions. Candidates must hold an EU or UK passport. Accommodation is provided in a staff house with a private bedroom, and all meals are provided.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the boy with his morning routine, including washing, teeth brushing and getting dressed into pyjamas or day clothes as required
Accompany the boy to breakfast, which is prepared by the household chef
Hand over to the governess at 9am for kindergarten sessions
Tidy the boy’s bedroom and manage his clothing and laundry throughout the day
Carry out any additional laundry duties as required
Coordinate with the governess, who oversees lunchtime
food is brought by a waiter
Work collaboratively and professionally alongside the two existing governesses and wider household team
Support with the evening routine and handover
When the mother is travelling, the Nanny will sleep in the boy’s bedroom to provide overnight care and reassurance
Travel with the family as required
Pack and unpack for the boy ahead of and following all trips
Requirements:
Significant experience working with children of a similar age (5 – 7 years)
Previous experience working within a UHNW or high-profile private household
Rota Nanny experience – desirable but not essential
Russian speaking – essential
Fluent in English – preferable
An EU or UK passport holder
Experienced working as part of a wider household and childcare team
Comfortable and confident travelling internationally with the family
Happy to provide overnight care when the mother is travelling
Highly flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure
Warm, nurturing and professional in approach
Well-presented with a polished and discreet manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A full DBS check and up-to-date references will be required
