Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced scheduler or roster coordinator for an initial 3-month contract. This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day coordination of a large workforce where you will be responsible for making sure all shifts are filled, managing daily changes, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and updating complex staff schedules to ensure full coverage at all times
  • Handling sick calls and leave requests while adjusting the roster in real-time to fill gaps
  • Maintaining accurate digital records of attendance and providing basic reports on staffing trends
  • Ensuring all schedules meet award requirements and internal company policies
  • Acting as the first point of call for staff regarding any scheduling or shift queries

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated rostering or scheduling role is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve scheduling conflicts quickly
  • Strong computer literacy with specific experience in rostering software and Excel
  • Willingness to undergo the required security and background clearances immediately
  • Must be Aust Citizen or P.R.
