Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and adjust rosters to meet operational and contractual requirements
Liaise with employees and clients to confirm availability, shift allocations, and roster changes
Ensure compliance with workplace agreements, EAs, and internal processes
Manage ad hoc shift coverage and last-minute replacements
Coordinate training sessions and site-specific inductions as required
