The Roster Maintenance Executive is an exciting role within the TUI Airline Northern Region Crew Planning team. As part of the Roster Maintenance team you will be responsible for ensuring all Flight Crew and Cabin Crew rosters are maintained post publication through to the operational window (72 hours prior to day of operation), adhering to compliance requirements of industry regulations, legislation & industrial agreements, whilst also providing outstanding customer service to our crew communities.
Job Responsibility:
Flight Crew and Cabin Crew rosters from roster publication through until 72 hours prior to day of operation
Ensuring full and properly qualified complement of crew operate each flight
Ensuring flights operate in accordance with relevant Flight Time Limitations and Industrial Agreements
Recording crew irregularities and violations and bringing them to attention of relevant department
Remaining up to date on all legislative requirements and Scheduling Agreements
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Able to learn and work with policy and or legislative agreements
Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
