Job Description:

Randstad Professional is seeking a dedicated Administrator for a 14-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Richmond, BC. This Root Processor Administrator (RPA) role is essential to our client’s operations, ensuring that document management and administrative workflows remain seamless during a period of exciting growth. As a Root Processor Administrator (RPA), you will join a high-performing business administration team where your organizational expertise will directly impact the efficiency of a world-renowned beverage bottling organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Verify, review, scan, and file high-priority documents electronically to ensure database integrity
  • Track physical and digital files, ordering them according to specific company protocols for easy retrieval
  • Maintain a steady workflow while communicating effectively with on-site team members and remote managers
  • Provide regular status updates to the leadership team regarding document processing and filing backlogs
  • Identify and notify team members of any discrepancies in documentation or sensitive data
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) administrative tasks as required by the regional supervisor
  • Manage a mid-to-high volume of paperwork, particularly during peak seasons and global events
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, including the clean-desk policy and competitor product restrictions

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in an administrative role with a focus on filing, scanning, or document control
  • Proven track record of managing high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC, for the full duration of the 14-month assignment
  • Commitment to professional conduct, including adherence to site-specific safety and brand guidelines
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Monitor FAME Approved spreadsheets and appropriately update student packaging and document statuses in Student Information System
  • Determine/confirm eligibility for federal, state, institutional, or external awards by reviewing SAI, cost of attendance, need analysis, enrollment levels, and program data in Student Information System
  • Review variance reports assigned by supervisors to identify award discrepancies or errors
  • Evaluate data available to identify root cause of the variance or warning flag, determine appropriate course of action, and resolve
  • Monitor personal activity queue in Student Information System and completes required tasks so that activities can be closed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follows-up on self-assigned reminders or activities assigned to other parties to ensure timely resolution and escalate as appropriate
  • Document in Student Information System contact manager all actions taken to resolve activities in a professional and appropriate manner
