Job Description:

Join our team at Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino as a Rooms Operations Supervisor (Housekeeping). Deliver meaningful guest experiences, ensure operational excellence, and support a global community within the Marriott International brand.

Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest requests or issues
process all guest check-ins
sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations
ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions
oversee checks from outlets
assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
serve as a role model and first point of contact in policy process
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
complete safety training and certifications
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge all guests
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
speak with others using clear and professional language
develop positive working relationships with others
adhere to quality expectations and standards
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
