Job Responsibility:
Learn and follow standards and cultural standards to expertly serve guests by providing exceptional knowledge of hotel products and services
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions
Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in hotel environment with a passion for the industry
Strong computer skills
Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must be fluent in English
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
