This position calls for a multi-skilled tradesperson, skilled in maintenance work including basic electrical installations, HVAC works, plumbing, carpentry, plastering & painting, tiling, as well as general maintenance on room fixtures, bathrooms, doors, apertures and furniture. The selected applicant must be able to work independently and to exercise initiative in order to ensure that the guest rooms are kept safe and well maintained to the highest standards commensurate with a top quality 5 star hotel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintenance work including basic electrical installations, HVAC works, plumbing, carpentry, plastering & painting, tiling, as well as general maintenance on room fixtures, bathrooms, doors, apertures and furniture
  • Work independently and exercise initiative to ensure guest rooms are kept safe and well maintained to the highest standards commensurate with a top quality 5 star hotel

Requirements:

  • Applicable trade qualifications or proven experience

  • BAS system operator shall work out of the BAS room
  • Operator shall ensure each facility’s Building Automation system generates an activity log for every single action that occurs to the building automation system
