Job Responsibility

Support the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms, corridors and public areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards
Learn and follow housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines and brand standards
Assist with room servicing, including bed making, bathroom cleaning and restocking amenities
Report maintenance issues, damaged items or guest requests promptly and accurately
Support linen handling, supplies management and trolley organisation
Work alongside supervisors to understand daily room allocations and priorities
Maintain a professional, discreet and respectful presence in guest areas at all times
Contribute to a positive team environment through reliability, collaboration and willingness to learn
Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards throughout all tasks
