Job Description:

The role involves responding to guest requests, gathering information about the hotel property and surrounding area, monitoring the club lounge, and maintaining customer service standards while adhering to safety and quality protocols. Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests
Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience is required
