Rooms Controller

• Welcome international guests and ensure smooth operations
• Act as an expert to make guest stays memorable
• Plan and oversee day-to-day front desk operations for arrivals and departures, including room sales, allocation for VIPs/groups, and registration
• Coordinate with housekeeping and technical teams for room readiness
• Work with different departments to ensure accurate guest data and meet specific requirements efficiently
• Work with the team to achieve departmental goals
• Handle guest complaints and find solutions to turn negative impressions into positive memories

• Experience in a similar guest-oriented position
• Fluent in both German and English
• Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Desire to develop and learn new things
• Team player mentality
• Any other foreign language is an advantage
