Job Description:

W Sydney is seeking a Rooms Controller who will report to the Welcome Manager. This role involves managing room allocations, handling general enquiries, delivering service excellence, and maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. The candidate must be charismatic, passionate, and skilled in communication and organizational abilities.

Job Responsibility:

Managing room allocations according to guest requests and preferences
ensuring general enquiries are handled while delivering service excellence
appropriately communicating with the team regarding room requests/check-out changes
balancing the needs of the team, guests, and the business
maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Outstanding communication skills
passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere
ability to provide personalized and attentive service
strong organizational skills
good understanding of the guest journey.
