Join our team as Rooms Admin at The Ritz-Carlton Abama Resort in Tenerife. You will play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that all room-related processes, documentation, and communications flow smoothly in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide full administrative support to the Rooms Division leadership team (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations)
Manage and maintain departmental documentation, reports, schedules, and operational records
Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Assist with payroll input, attendance tracking, and scheduling updates for Rooms Division teams
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Support onboarding processes for new employees in the Rooms Division
Ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards in all administrative procedures
Liaise with external suppliers and manage orders for office supplies and departmental needs
Assist with guest inquiries when necessary, ensuring timely and elegant follow-up
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital tools and reporting systems
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Flexibility, teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset
Valid work permit in Spain
