Job Description:

As a Room Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that our facilities are always at their best

Job Responsibility:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of rooms and facilities
Heavy lifting/Manual handling
Address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service to all clients and staff
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and reports

Requirements:

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to tasks and a can-do attitude
