Room Services Supervisor

• Lead and oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, cultivating a highly engaged team through training, coaching, and motivation while upholding Four Seasons’ culture of excellence and service standards
• Orchestrate seamless service execution by communicating guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring timely, polished delivery that reflects uncompromising quality standards
• Ensure a pristine, well-organized environment, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, consistency, and operational efficiency in alignment with luxury hospitality expectations
• Oversee amenity and guest request fulfillment with precision, ensuring all orders are handled promptly and flawlessly, while monitoring service recovery opportunities and completing reports to continuously enhance the guest experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory position preferred
• Minimum of one year of food service or equivalent experience is required
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States required
