Job Description:

Serve guests food and beverages at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to the brand's high standards.

Job Responsibility:

Serve food and beverages to guests
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meals
Maintain work area cleanliness
Follow company policies and safety procedures
Adhere to Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards

Requirements:

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages
Set tables according to event and service standards
Answer questions on menu selections
Communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, re-cook orders, and product availability
Record transactions in MICROS system
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Complete closing duties
Welcome guests according to company standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak clearly and professionally
Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs unaided
Ability to move objects weighing over 50 lbs with assistance
Reach overhead and below the knees
Bend, twist, pull, and stoop
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
At least 1 year of related work experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
