Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Room Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Room Service Department, ensuring exceptional in-room dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the Room Service team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling special requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Oversee menu design and amenity options in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership and culinary team
Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service presentation
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
Monitor physical condition of facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed
Attend operational meetings to ensure coordination across departments
Promote a positive work environment and uphold Four Seasons cultural and core standards
Requirements:
College degree in restaurant management or equivalent experience
2–3 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs
Knowledge of cost control, labor management, and food & beverage operations
Proficiency in English and ability to operate relevant computer systems
Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location
