At Four Seasons, we recognize that in-room dining is an intimate and memorable part of the guest journey. As Room Service Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to create bespoke experiences, lead a dedicated team, and set the standard for luxury hospitality in a spectacular Red Sea setting.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of the in-room dining operation, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight, and special amenity deliveries
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing room service team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
Monitor daily operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Four Seasons’ service standards
Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to develop creative in-room dining menus, specialty offerings, and seasonal promotions
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and Four Seasons policies
Handle guest feedback and service recovery with empathy, urgency, and a commitment to exceeding expectations
Manage inventory, cost controls, and scheduling to ensure efficient and profitable operations
Analyze guest preferences and ordering patterns to refine service and drive revenue opportunities
Coordinate and execute VIP amenities, special requests, and personalized experiences
Uphold a discreet, guest-centric approach, ensuring privacy and comfort in every guest interaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hotel in-room dining or restaurant management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with a genuine passion for guest service
Strong organizational and communication skills
fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages a plus
Solid understanding of F&B service standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations
Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) and order management systems
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to guest needs
Flexible schedule, able to work shifts, overnight, weekends, and holidays as required
