Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in F&B division, particularly in the area of IRD. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As a Room Service Intern, you will support the In-Room Dining team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Help with the set-up and clearing of trays and tables in rooms, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Support in coordinating orders, communicating with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
  • Learn to handle basic guest requests and follow up to guarantee satisfaction
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area and storage

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional service according to standards
  • Flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in a 5 star hotel is recommended
  • Legal right to work in Spain
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis
