Job Responsibility

Take in-room dining orders via phone, iPad, and chat platforms with professionalism and care
Accurately enter and manage guest orders using POS and hotel systems, including special requests, dietary needs, and allergy restrictions
Provide knowledgeable, engaging descriptions of food and beverage menu items
Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary team and in-room dining servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and resolve requests or concerns promptly
Maintain accurate guest profiles, order records, and amenity requests
Uphold Four Seasons service standards, policies, and values in every interaction
Work collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
