Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore is seeking a Room Service - Server to deliver memorable and unique hospitality experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. The role involves ensuring high service standards and fostering lifelong luxury experiences for every guest.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique guest experience
Provide food and drink services
Set tables
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Uphold quality service standards
Follow safety and company policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Professional appearance and communication
Adherence to safety policies, company standards and procedures
