Job Responsibility

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms in accordance with the hotel’s high quality and hygiene standards
  • Prepare guest rooms for arriving guests with great attention to detail and a welcoming appearance
  • Replenish and neatly arrange guest amenities, linens, and supplies
  • Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to Marriott standards
  • Assist with the preparation of VIP rooms and special guest requests
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized appearance of floor pantries and housekeeping areas
  • Cooperate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
