Job Description:

Join our dedicated team at Polurrian Hotel, where luxury meets comfort. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to play a vital role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This position is essential to the smooth operation and reputation of our luxury hotel, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
  • Ensure all areas are hygienic and tidy, including bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
  • Handle guest requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness and order
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards in hospitality
