Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton seeks a Room Attendant to join the team in Turks & Caicos. The role involves providing a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and upholding The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards. This includes delivering guest requests, stocking cleaning supplies, and ensuring standards of safety and confidentiality.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
deliver guest requests
stock carts
clean rooms and public spaces
ensure the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Requirements:

Ensure a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
