Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They ensure guests have a great experience and help maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
maintaining hotel appearance and cleanliness
building a memorable and unique guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
performing reasonable job duties as requested.
