Room Attendant – Sedgebrook Hall, Northamptonshire | Full-Time / Permanent. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the team at Sedgebrook Hall. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within a vibrant hospitality environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the venue team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with company and brand guidelines
  • Support operational planning for room turnovers, special events, and peak occupancy periods
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience at all times
  • Report maintenance issues and support the team in maintaining safe working practices
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
