Room Attendant

• Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest bedrooms and assigned public areas
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when servicing rooms
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and wider hotel team to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently and on time
• Support operational planning by prioritising daily room allocations
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Contribute to a positive guest journey by responding courteously to guest requests
• Protect guest privacy and security by following established policies

• Experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping, or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for guest experience and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Physically capable of performing manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
• Understanding of health and safety standards within a hospitality setting
• Right to work in the UK
