Job Description:

The Room Attendant ensures a clean and memorable guest experience, working as part of the housekeeping team at Courtyard Bangkok. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness across the hotel and fostering a professional environment adhering to Marriott’s quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring spaces create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
