Job Responsibility:
Guest Relations: Welcome and acknowledge each guest
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist other employees
Actively listen and respond to guest questions
Housekeeping Protocol: Contact Engineering or Housekeeping for repairs
Respond to requests
Select cleaning chemicals and PPE
Fill cart with supplies
Report room status
Comply with quality standards
Return cart
Clean and organize storage areas
Fold linen
Post caution signs
Guest Rooms, Villas, and Suites: Check appliances
Clean bathrooms
Dust and polish
Enter rooms following procedures
Limit access
Remove trash and dirty linen
Replace linens
Replace guest amenities
Report damages
Public and Employee Spaces: Clean restrooms
Clean glass
Clean floors
Dust surfaces
Empty trash
Inspect furniture
Clean and maintain lights
Communication: Use professional language
Discuss work topics discreetly
