Job Responsibility

  • clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently
  • maintain public areas in pristine condition
  • report any maintenance issues promptly
  • collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets
  • adhere to health and safety standards
  • manage cleaning supplies responsibly
  • provide excellent customer service to guests

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • attention to detail and cleanliness
  • ability to follow instructions accurately
  • previous experience as a room attendant or similar role
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina
  • excellent time management skills
  • basic communication skills
