Job Description

Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room. Looking specifically for Tuesday & Wednesday availability +. The Rux offers an elevated experience (and not just because we’re on the roof) with a healthy dose of southern sensibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders
  • Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures
  • Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents
  • Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations
  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
  • Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management
