Roofer

• Apply insulation and waterproof membranes to flat roofing surfaces
• Utilize PVC and TPO materials, ensuring accurate welding and installation
• Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to complete assignments
• Communicate with the team leader and adjust to team dynamics as needed
• Manage tasks across a variety of projects, including both small-scale and large-scale new construction and renovations
• Maintain adherence to project schedules and timelines
• Comply with safety protocols and utilize company-provided protective gear
• Uphold workplace safety standards throughout all operations

• Demonstrated experience in flat roof installation, particularly with PVC and TPO materials
• Proficient in welding plastic roofing materials using hot air techniques
• Physically capable of performing heavy labor and demanding tasks
• Comfortable working at heights, with no fear of heights
• Possession of a valid B driver’s license
• a C license is advantageous
• Basic proficiency in Dutch
• training materials are provided in Dutch
• VCA certification is preferred (training can be arranged if necessary)
• Open to individuals with related roofing experience who are eager to develop their skills further
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing teams or project requirements
