Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled Roofer to join our successful Response business based in Exmouth. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance roof works to our customers properties.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs
Communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and your line managers
Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van
Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings

Nice to have:

Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable
Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable
