Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Roofer to join our successful Response business covering the East Midlands. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance roof works to our customers properties.

Job Responsibility

  • Undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs
  • Communicating effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and line managers
  • Working safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
  • Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.

Nice to have

  • PASMA and IPAF certification
  • Some brickwork related repairs
