Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Valid driving licence and a customer-focused approach

Job Responsibility

Conduct planned inspections and assessments of roofs to identify maintenance or replacement needs
Carry out scheduled roofing repairs and installations, ensuring work meets industry standards
Replace or repair roofing materials, including tiles, slates, or flashing, as part of planned works
Apply weatherproofing and protective coatings to enhance roof durability
Maintain a safe and controlled working environment, adhering to all safety procedures
Manage roofing materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for planned projects
Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure smooth delivery of planned works
