Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable
Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants' homes within social housing settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van

Job Responsibility

Undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs
Communicating effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and line managers
Working safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements

What we offer

Competitive basic salary of £34,293 for a 39 hour working week
On target earnings up to £38,349 with bonus, overtime and callout
