Job Responsibility:

  • Install insulation layers and waterproofing membranes on flat roofs
  • Work with PVC and TPO roofing materials, ensuring proper welding and application
  • Work efficiently within a multicultural team to complete projects
  • Report to the team leader and adapt to team changes when needed
  • Handle both small and large-scale projects in new construction and renovations
  • Follow project timelines to ensure smooth execution
  • Adhere to safety regulations and wear company-provided protective clothing
  • Follow workplace safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in flat roofing, particularly with PVC and TPO materials
  • Skilled in welding plastic roofing materials using hot air
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy and demanding tasks
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • no fear of heights is essential
  • Valid driver’s license B (required)
  • C is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Dutch
  • training materials available in Dutch
  • VCA certification is a plus (training may be provided if needed)
  • Open to candidates with related roofing experience who are eager to learn
  • Flexible and adaptable to switching teams or projects

Nice to have:

  • Driver’s license C
  • VCA certification
