The Role: Working as part of our Seasonal production team. No experience is required to join this team and full training is provided onsite. There are opportunities for progression through the skilled roles in production from this role. This team is due to begin on the 7th June with interviews and inductions scheduled for before this date. Rate of Pay: This role will be paid at a rate of £13.73 per hour. This role is part of a career pathway with additional skilled roles available through progression. Hours of Work: Night shift: 6pm – 4am, 5 out of 7 nights per week – Sunday – Thursday. Please note: This is a full-time role. For student opportunities or part time opportunities a separate advert will be posted. What it takes: No experience necessary as full training will be provided however it is desirable to have previous experience within a food production environment. All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day. To be considered for this role you should have the ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative, Good communication skills and a proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
