Job Responsibility

  • Data Migration & Data Quality
  • Support the data migration exercise for the Product implementation
  • Perform QA and validation of migrated data, ensuring ~98%+ accuracy
  • Execute and document testing of data access and data integrity within the product
  • Validate existing data mappings and identify discrepancies or gaps
  • Document findings, test results, and validation steps in Confluence
  • Rollout & Deployment
  • Support the release and deployment of products across Quebec
  • Assist with refining rollout processes based on QA findings and feedback
  • Provide onsite support during rollout phases as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Fluent in French, English Proficiency
  • Based in Quebec, with the ability to travel within the province
  • Experience supporting data migration, data mapping, or data quality testing initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy
  • Experience working with Confluence for documentation

Nice to have

  • Using your extensive technical experience, you will analyse failure trends, undertake investigations, review maintenance activities, and make recommendations with the goal of making our Locomotive & Wagon fleets more reliable
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure all asset classes and components always maintain 100% compliance with the safety management system (SMS) and approved system of maintenance
  • Undertake front line (area) Locomotive & Wagon top five fault finding and rogue component management
  • Work with relevant teams in setting fleet availability and reliability targets by vehicle class by operating corridor/system
