The Robotics Software Engineering Development (RSED) program provides you with an opportunity to impact Boston Dynamics' robots while growing as an engineer. You'll develop a strong network inside the company, and by the end of the program, you'll have made contributions across all of our robotics products. You'll gain a clear understanding of how to work in the company's software environment, get hands-on experience growing the infrastructure needed to build amazing robots, and deepen your expertise in many software tools/technologies we rely on. The program prepares participants for roles of growing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring. At the program end, participants will be placed into roles across Boston Dynamics teams.
