In the Customer Success field, you're the bridge between technology and people. Whether it's through training sessions, solving technical challenges, or on-site setups, each day offers new and exciting tasks. As part of an international team, you combine technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset to provide the best support for our partners. You'll collaborate closely with departments like Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management to create solutions that impress. Our Service Engineers, in particular, are always on the move, staying close to customers and ensuring our products meet global standards. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences—diverse, dynamic, and always at the heart of the action.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, develop and implement an end-to-end, best-in-class robotic-human learning experience with effective lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the needs of learners at various skill levels as well as in the areas of robot operation, programming, maintenance and sales
  • Provide coaching focused on our NEURAVERSE processes and systems to drive effectiveness and efficiency while promoting a customer-centric experience, coaching behaviors that lead to exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Assess sales and technical skills and techniques to provide onsite training to our partners and coaching on specific behaviors to impact our growth
  • Manage, coach and mentor a network of Train the Trainers and ensure continuous process improvement
  • Conduct field training needs analysis and ensure sufficient capacity planning for our Academy and Train the Trainer sessions
  • Comply with all NEURARobotics safety policies, ISO certifications and standards. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting robotics operations
  • Overall responsibility for the Academy and maintaining and reinforcing safety and security standards by partnering with Environment, Health & Safety, Workplace and Security teams
  • Represent NEURA Robotics at internal and external tradeshows and events - be our point of contact for innovative training experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous teaching or training experience is preferred, particularly in education or professional development to build collaborative relationships with learners
  • Passionate knowledge and expertise in robotics, AI, automation, or related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate people in both German and English
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive course content, plans, and presentations
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the needs of diverse learners and instructional environments
  • Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems preferred
  • The drive and ability to learn new things (e.g. technology, methodology, didactics, and social skills) on your own and to develop things from scratch in a rapidly changing environment
